We evaluated the utility of a trimodal stationary phase (Trinity P1) in offline peptide fractionation, and found it performed similarly to ion exchange or high pH reversed phase based techniques. It is orthogonal to low pH reversed phase and uses MS compatible mobile phase solvents.

Purpose: mRNA-Seq to reveal the differentially expression pattern of genes in innate/adaptive immune relevant pathways, and combining to the previous DNA microarray analysis to address the immunomodulatory effects of cecropin P1 transgene in rainbow trout. Methods: Total RNA were isolated from three...

Whole proteome and phosphoproteome analysis of T-cells isolated from PTPN2 wild-type and knock-out micestrongly linked amplified T cell numbers to increased proliferation mediated by transcriptional activation of the signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) protein family. Subsequent ...

Next generation sequencing establishes the differentially expression profiles of transgenic rainbow trout bearing cecropin P1 transgene
We have developed a mass spectrometry-based approach that allowed us to quantitatively monitor protein stability across a broad range of temperatures at the proteome scale (meltome). We profiled the meltomes of several microorganisms and eukaryotic species including human, allowing to investigate th...

We Have human breast milk dataset in this project. We predict all spectra in the datasets via Prosit then rescore. We have 100% FDR maxquant search results, and using percolator we get 1%FDR filtered results with andromeda Scores and another with features extracted from Prosit predictions.
