We used circular RNA 101093 and its antisense to perform RNA pull-down, and analyzed the peptides in blank group, antisense group and circular RNA 101093 group. The object of this group is to analyze circ101093-binding protein. Blank and antisense group are used as negative control group.

Circ101093 was knocked down in A549 LUAD cell lines, and overexpressed in H1975 LUAD cell lines. Then, downregulated proteins in A549 cell lines and upregulated proteins in H1975 cell lines were analyzed.

The aim of this project was to investigate the proteins that bind to m6A methylated RN7SK in lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell line. And mass spectrometry of A549 cell treated with or without m6A methylated RN7SK in three replicates.

The dataset includes the sequencing data of m6A-high and m6A-low LUAD tissues, each of which contains five biological replicates. A total of 3437 protein groups were obtained, 407 differential proteins were obtained . Exerllent repeatability for different biological replicates is indicated based on...

Background: Perinatal stem cells have prominent applications in cell therapy and regenerative medicine. Among them, human Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (hWJMSCs) and human amniotic epithelial stem cells (hAESCs) are widely used. However, little is known about the dif-ferences in the...

Hypoxia is the most prominent feature in human solid tumors and induces activation of hypoxia-inducible factors and their downstream genes to promote cancer progression. However, whether and how hypoxia regulates overall mRNA homeostasis is unclear. Here we show that hypoxia inhibits global-mRNA dec...

Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) within atherosclerotic lesions undergo a phenotypic switching in a KLF4-dependent manner. Glycolysis plays important roles in transdifferentiation of somatic cells, however, it is unclear whether and how KLF4 mediates the link between glycolytic switch and VSMCs ...

Zinc is an essential trace element that is closely related to learning and memory ability. The hippocampus plays an important role in learning and memory and has the highest zinc concentration in the brain. Severe zinc deficiency (zinc-deprived diet) significantly alter hippocampal protein expressio...
